| PARKING/DELIVERIES: | Concessionaires receive 1 vehicle sticker if needed for deliveries. NO PARKING is allowed on or near the concessionaires site. Concessionaires must park in the front lot. NO VEHICLES ARE ALLOWED IN THE EXHIBIT AREA AFTER 10:00AM. Deliveries to your exhibit or concession MUST BE MADE BEFORE 10:00AM. Inform your distributors. | |

| GATE PASSES: | Each exhibitor receives two season passes per contract. Up to SIX more season passes and extra daily passes may be purchased at a discount rate at the concessions office | |
| MOVE-IN & SET-UP TIMES: | All inside and outside exhibits and concessions MUST remain in place, open and manned and operating through 7:00PM, Sunday night. The buildings will be locked by 10:00PM, Sunday. No Vehicles allowed in until 9:00PM or until save to do so. They will be open at 9:00AM on Monday, August 15 for final tear down. | |
| EXHIBIT HOURS INSIDE: | 12 Noon to 10:00PM Tuesday; Wednesday through Saturday 10:00AM to 10:00PM; Sunday 10:00AM to 7:00PM, lights will be lowered at 5 minutes to 10:00 so everyone will be ready to leave by 10:05 each night. | |
| EXHIBIT HOURS OUTSIDE: | MUST BE OPEN BY 10:00AM ALL SIX DAYS and not close before 9:00PM EACH NIGHT except Sunday which is 7:00PM. | |
| REFUSE REMOVAL: | Concessionaires and Exhibitors are responsible for keeping their respective areas looking clean. All trash should be bagged and tied. There is continuous refuse pickup. Building exhibitors are to sweep their booth clean into the aisle each night at closing. | |
| SPECIAL NOTE: | Please do not short yourself on space if outside - because if the space is not beig enough, you will be moved to whatever might be available. If it is not satisfactory and you leave, there will be no refund. | |
| FOOD!!! | Only contracted food concessions may sell food or beverage items. FREE food or beverage samples must be approved by Concessions Manager |
From the East, take I-90 (Norwest Tollway) to the Genoa Road Exit at Belvidere (30 minutes from Elgin). Follow the road to the north as it becomes the Business 20 Bypass and look for the fairgrounds at the intersection with Route 76. From Wisconsin take the Business 20 Exit off I-90 to Rockford (Located at the Clock Tower Inn). From Rockford, travel East on Business 20 to Route 76 in Belvidere, then turn left. The fairgrounds are one mile north of business 20 on Route 76.
In 2010 The Boone County Fair "Your Country Adventure" played to an attendance of 200,000 fairgoers in six event-packed days.
The fair appeals to a complete cross section of the buying public providing exhibitors and concessionaires with consumber interest at all levels.
Utilizing a multi-media advertising campaign of direct mail, newspaper, television, radio, etc. the fair keeps the public informed about its wide array of activities.
There is not an easier, more economical way to reach so many potential customers than by bringing your exhibit or concession to the 2011 Boone County Fair.

| SPACE LEASING: | INSIDE: $275.00 per 10 x 8ft (10' wide by 8' deep). Includes one 110 outlet with nor more than 3 electric items including lights. All booths have drapes. Sides 3' high. Backs 8' high. Sides must not be more than 4' high, at least 4' back from front. OUTSIDE: ADVERTISING/PROMOTIONAL: $15.00 per front foot. | |
| ELECTRIC RATES: | $10.00 per 110 outlet (not more than 3 electric appliances including lights for $10.00 fee). $80.00 per 220 outlet, under 40 amps. $100.00 per 50 amp outlet, $120.00 per 60 amp outlet, $160.00 per 80 amp outlet and $200.00 per 100 amp outlet. There may be a nominal hookup charge for new concessionaires. Concessionaires supply their own cords. Bring at least 50 feet. | |
| WATER: | Limited water hookups are available. Be prepared to hook in with another concessionaire. Concessionaires supply their own hoses. | |

| TERMS: | A stated down payment is required by cost of space on or before April 10, 2011 or if contracting after this date, within 10 days after contract if received. |

When contract is received, check it over, sign it and return BOTH COPIES WITH DEPOSIT BY April 10, 2011. Your copy will be mailed back as confirmation.
