ATTENTION! 
ALL LIVESTOCK AND ANTIQUE TRACTOR EXHIBITORS 
The Boone County Fairboard will be doing the 
Sunday 4:00 p.m. LOAD OUT for this year as follows

ENTER FAIRGROUNDS GATES #2 and #3 and #4 ONLY.

EXITING FAIRGROUNDS GATES #4 and #5 ONLY.

WALKING YOUR LIVESTOCK OUT GATES #3 and #4 after 4:00 PM on Sunday.

ANTIQUE TRACTORS who want to drive their tractors out GATE #4 ONLY at 3:00 p.m. Sunday

 

SEE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW: 

1. No vehicles will be allowed to enter prior to 4:00 p.m. on Sunday without prior authorization from either Butch Peters or Ed Kasper.

2. Dairy, Beef, Sheep, Rabbits, and Boer Goats ARE TO ENTER THROUGH GATE #2. Dairy Goats, Alpacas, Poultry & Antique Tractors ARE TO ENTER THROUGH GATE #3. Draft Horses & Ponies ARE TO ENTER THROUGH GATE #4.

3. NO VEHICLES will be allowed to exit through Gate #2 or Gate #3.

4. Those exhibitors who wish to walk out livestock may do so through Gates #3 & #4 (AFTER 4:00 PM on Sunday).

5. Antique Tractor Exhibitors who wish to drive their tractors out may do so at 3:00 PM Sunday through Gate #4 ONLY. Loading of tractors (inside the fairgrounds) begins at 4:00 PM and can exit through Gate #4 and Gate #5 ONLY.

6. Upon entering the grounds through Gate #3, those exhibitors going to the Poultry, Dairy Goat, and Alpaca barns/tents are to continue North on County Line Road to their respective area. Draft Horse & Pony exhibitors will enter through Gate #4 and continue North to their respective areas.

7. All exhibitors will be expected to LOAD OUT within 30 minutes or less, once they have reached their barn.

8. Exit from the grounds will be through Gates #4 & #5 ONLY!

9. Upon exiting through Gate #4 and Gate #5 you will have access to McKinley South which offers access to McKinley Road and Business 20, McKinley North which offers access to McKinley Road and Squaw Prairie Road (full stoplights at Squaw Prairie and Rt. 76) or you can follow the road around the North side of the fairgrounds and Exit Northbound on Rt. 76.

10. Lineup for Sunday load out can begin at 7:00 AM Sunday. Please see corresponding maps, visit the fair office, or see Butch Peters or Ed Kasper for lineup information and location.

11. Please familiarize yourself with these LOAD OUT directions and GATE locations prior to the Sunday of the fair. Fairboard directors along with law enforcement will be directing LOAD OUT traffic so if you have questions in advance please contact them in advance to ensure a safe and timely LOAD OUT to end your Boone County Fair experience.
