Winter Storage 2026-2027
BOONE COUNTY FAIRGROUNDS IS AN EXCELLENT PLACE TO STORE YOUR RV, CAMPER, BOAT, CAR OR TRAILER FOR THE WINTER. THERE ARE SEVERAL LARGE BUILDINGS - 3 ENCLOSED BUILDINGS WITH CEMENT FLOORS, 3 ENCLOSED BUILDINGS WITH AG LIME FLOORS AND AN OPEN BARN WITH DIRT FLOORS. OUTSIDE STORAGE IS ALSO AVAILABLE.

STORAGE UNITS CAN BE BROUGHT IN ON SATURDAY, 9 AM TO 2 PM & SUNDAY, 9 AM TO NOON.

The 2026 storage drop off dates for REPEAT Customers are
-
Saturdays, October 17th, October 24th from 9 am to 2 pm,

Sundays October 18th & October 25th, from 9 am to Noon

For those who do not make it on the above listed dates, Saturday, October 31, from 9 am – 2 pm, will be available, but
only on a first come, first served basis. There will be no assurance of space, as any potential new storage customers willbe pushed to store on this date also. -
Also, if you have sold the item you had stored with us and intend to bring something different, it must be within
2’ of the length of the previous item. If you plan to store an additional item, the new item must be brought out on
Saturday, October 31, from 9 am – 2 pm. -
The cost for storage is $15.00 per linear foot (indoor), or $13.00 per linear foot (open barn & outside) of your RV, boat, or vehicle. Plus a $35 administration fee per person will be added. All items will be measured to keep our records current. Items are measured at the longest point, from tip to tip, (trailers included-as it applies). The full amount including administration fee will be due at the time of drop off and can be paid by cash, check - made payable to “Boone County Fair Association,” or credit card charge (+ service fee).

PROPANE TANKS MUST BE REMOVED FROM ALL VEHICLES. KEYS MUST REMAIN WITH MOTORIZED VEHICLES. NO TRICKLE CHARGE ALLOWED. NO JACK STANDS ALLOWED.

EXTREME CARE WILL BE TAKEN WHEN HANDLING YOUR UNIT. HOWEVER, BE AWARE THAT THE FAIR BOARD ACCEPTS NO RESPONSIBILITY WHATSOEVER FOR ANY DAMAGE OR LOSS. YOU MUST CARRY YOUR OWN INSURANCE.

Sunday April 11th, 18th and 25th from 9 am to Noon.

Saturdays, April 17th, April 24th, from 9 am to 2 pm

- ALL UNITS MUST BE REMOVED BY April 25th, OR THERE WILL BE A $25.00 LATE FEE WITH AN ADDITIONAL $5.00 PER DAY CHARGE.

ALL UNITS MAY BE REMOVED FROM STORAGE ON MAY 1st BY THE BCFA.
