Articles for exhibit must be brought in on Sunday, August 7th from 1:00 p.m. thru 5:00 p.m. or Monday, August 8th from 1:00 p.m. thru 7:30 p.m.
All exhibits must be in place by Monday night by 7:30 p.m.
Non-Livestock/Home Economics Bldg. will be closed ALL DAY Tuesday. Starting on Wednesday the building will be open daily from 10:00 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
Entries must be made with only one exhibitor and one department for each entry blank. If more blanks are needed, please use a plain sheet of 8-1/2 x 11 paper to make entries.
Entries made with more than one exhibitor or more than one department per entry blank may be refused by the secretary.
All articles must be completed since the last fair except quilts, afghans, tablecloths or bedspreads, which must be completed in two years. All articles cannot be entered more than one year at this fair.
No article showing wear or soil shall be accepted and no article purchased in a store, made in a factory or borrowed can compete in this department. An article will be disqualified if entered under the wrong premium number.
All names are folded under before judging. Articles will be judged on workmanship – front and back, cleanliness, fashion point of view, accuracy of cutting, sewing and finishing.
No professional needlework designer/seamstress or teacher may enter except for the professional class premium #2427.
Entries to be picked up on Sunday not before 4:00 p.m. and not later than 6:30 p.m. and must be checked out with Superintendent or her assistants, before removing them from the building.
Points Awards, Department M–Textiles See page 53. Trophy Award is limited to two years in succession. Every precaution and care will be used to see that every article and exhibit is returned to the owner in good condition. The Association will not be responsible for loss or accidents, but will use every effort to avoid same.
All entries should be completed in fabric.

Mailed entries must be postmarked before Midnight, Saturday July 16th.
Entries can be made in person and will be taken in the Administration Bldg. on the fairgrounds which will be open on Saturday July 23rd, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., and Sunday July 24th, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. only.
Entry Fee: $.50 cents Per Entry

Administration Fee $1.00 Per Exhibitor, if entered in more than 1 Home Ec. Dept. will only be charged $1.00 Total

NO EXHIBITOR TICKETS WILL BE ISSUED UNTIL ITEMS TO BE EXHIBITED ARE BROUGHT TO FAIRGROUNDS

Exhibitor tickets must be purchased at the time entries are made. If not purchased, exhibitor will have to pay a gate fee on Sunday to come in and pick up your check and your entries, otherwise the building will be opened by the secretary on Monday, August 15th from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m ONLY
